We were just here for an hour as we waited for our host to get to the rooftop of Mandalay Bay. Our experience was very pleasant. Justin, the bartender was friendly and prepared some of the best drinks we had that night. He took his time to prepare the drinks which shows his dedication. We had a spicy margarita, an old fashion, Manhattan and martini. The live music added more fun to the evening. Highly recommend a drink or two at the Hazel!
Live music from a performer who sings & plays guitar . Casual place that has good drinks and waitresses were nice & helpful.
Greg was an absolute delight! Not only was he a phenomenal mixologist, he also had great conversation. See Greg for all your adult beverage needs if you’re in town!
Great spot inside Mandalay Bay had an Espresso Martini and a bag of chips. The server Esmeralda was so nice and prompt.
Delicious coffee! Limited flavors but the hazelnut latte and caramel macchiato were great! The baristas were very friendly and we had great conversation while there. Someone accidentally took my coffee at the end of the bar by mistake and the barista happily remade it. Great place!
Horrible service. The lady at the register was rude and short right from the start. I requested an iced coffee and it came out hot. I told the barista that it was supposed to be iced and she said it was going to cost more. After I told her that o specifically told the lady that I asked for iced, she asked her and the cashier said “no, he didn’t say iced”. Unbelievable that they would call me a liar. My wife was there and heard me say iced also. The cashier should stop rushing and listen to people. They did fix it but not without me having to argue with them.
Nice atmosphere, good spot to meet up before a night out. Bartenders are really nice and all the servers are kind and checked up on our group constantly.
The lounge at this bar was really comfortable and stylish, good drinks, and the server took great care of us. :)
